1. Enquire

Let's meet in person and get to know each other. Then we will start planning your wedding in detail. We provide you with a comprehensive wedding planning guide you can fill out, giving you an easy way to plan everything in one place.

We will keep in touch to get updates as you plan, and you will need to send us all contact details of vendors, so we all can be in sync.

Let's do your photoshoot on a date we have both agreed on, well before the wedding. Photos will be shared within a week.

We will send a sneak peek within 2-3 days and edited photos within 4 weeks, in a private, beautifully laid out wedding gallery.

We select and edit 200 images, fully downloadable, which takes away the biggest headache for any couple by not having to go through 1000+ images to select a few.

Why do "we" select photos for you? After the wedding and getting back with a new life, you will be busy with many things. Due to that normally a couple takes around 6 months to finalize selection of photos, by that time you must have gone through the photos several times and may be still not sure how to shortlist them. So we take that burden and let you enjoy the best moments only, while still allowing you to add any photos to the main selection.

Our online wedding gallery provides many printed albums and other product options. Albums can be ordered with a few clicks, including photo layouts as you wish (you don't need any design skills, just select photos, and it automatically designs them for you). Not only albums, but you can also order many other products with your photos and get them shipped directly to you, all online!

Once your photo selection is finalized, we deliver all edited images in a beautifully crafted USB drive.

2. Sign contract

Once you have fixed the date, let's check availability and sign the contract.

How do payments work?

To secure your wedding date, a 25% non-refundable retainer and a signed agreement are required.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding day. Your booking is only confirmed once both the retainer and signed contract have been received.

1. Can we meet before the session?

Yes, definitely — in fact, we consider this an essential part of the process rather than an optional extra. We always schedule a planning meeting before your wedding or session, where we walk through our online wedding planning process together. This is where we discuss your timeline, key moments, family group shots, locations, style preferences, and any special requests you have. It helps us understand your vision, and it helps you feel confident and prepared knowing exactly what to expect on the day.

2. Do you help with planning our wedding/engagement session?

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Your booking is secured with a non-refundable retainer and a signed agreement. The retainer covers reserving your wedding date and turning away other enquiries, so it is not refundable if you cancel. If you need to cancel, any payments made beyond the retainer will be handled in accordance with your contract. If we can rebook your date, we will do our best to be fair and discuss any applicable refund.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes, of course, we do not want to hold onto your precious images, trying to make a sale later on. Instead, we give 200-300 edited high-res digital images after the event, available to download online and also via a USB drive.

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?

We don't have an exclusive or mandatory videographer — you're completely free to book any videographer you like, whether it's someone you already know or a vendor you found separately. That said, we're always happy to coordinate and work smoothly alongside your chosen videography team on the day. Videography captures a different dimension of your wedding: the movement, sound, vows, speeches, and candid emotions in real time, which complements the still, timeless moments we capture through photography. Many couples find that having both gives them the fullest possible record of their day.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Absolutely! We love incorporating your must-have shots into the session. If you have particular poses, family combinations, or specific moments you don't want us to miss (a favorite pose you saw on Pinterest, a special family grouping, a shot with a family heirloom, etc.), please send us your list at least one week before the event. This gives us time to plan our shot list, coordinate timing, and make sure nothing gets missed amid the excitement of the day.

7. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes, we'd love to be part of your destination wedding! Travel arrangements can absolutely be made, and every detail — from preparation and logistics to planning and cost — will be discussed and tailored on a per-event basis. Every destination comes with its own unique considerations (location, duration, accommodation, travel time), so we work closely with you to create a plan that fits your specific wedding, ensuring everything is sorted well in advance so you can relax and enjoy the experience.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

You won't have to wait long to start reliving your day! We deliver a sneak peek of highlight images within 48 hours of your wedding or session, so you have a few beautiful photos to share right away. Your full set of professionally edited images will then be ready within 6 weeks, carefully retouched and curated to tell the complete story of your day.
